iThinkPets began by supporting everyday pet needs—food, grooming, and routine care. Over time, families using the platform began sharing something more personal: the stress of finding genuine medicines when their pets were unwell.
The founders did not rush to respond. Instead, they took time to understand the responsibility involved.
Before launching the pharmacy section, veterinary doctors and a licensed pharmacist were brought on board, and the required drug licence was secured. Only then did the platform expand into pet healthcare.
“When families trust you during difficult moments, you have to respond carefully. Adding doctors, a pharmacist, and proper licensing was non-negotiable for us,” the founders share.
Today, the platform fits naturally into family routines—supporting pet parents with access they can rely on, without adding pressure or confusion.
