The visual feedback platform moves to a single US-dollar price for every market, giving international agencies and remote development teams predictable per-seat pricing wherever they work.
Tennessee, USA — September 2026
WebPinch, the visual website feedback and bug-tracking platform, is increasingly used by agencies, freelancers and product teams across the United States, Europe and Australia. To support that international base, the company has adopted one global price. Every customer, in every country, now pays the same transparent per-seat rate.
WebPinch has consolidated all billing onto Stripe in US dollars. Paid plans cost US$15 per seat per month, or US$144 per seat per year (20% off). Both include unlimited projects, unlimited organizations and unlimited API and MCP tokens. A free plan, with no credit card required, lets small teams and freelancers try the product on real client work.
“Our customers don’t work in one country, and neither do their clients,” said Siddharth Bisht, Founder & CTO of WebPinch. “An agency in Austin might have a designer in Lisbon and a client in Brisbane, all reviewing the same staging site. They shouldn’t need a spreadsheet to understand what the tool costs. One price, everywhere, is the simplest promise we can make.”
Built for distributed, cross-time-zone teams
WebPinch’s core workflow suits teams that rarely overlap on working hours. A client in Sydney can leave feedback on a website at the end of their day. When a developer in London logs on, every issue is already waiting on a Kanban board, pinned to the exact element, with a screenshot and the browser, operating system and screen resolution. There’s no need for a call to ask “which page?” or “what browser were you using?”
Key features include:
- Pin-point visual feedback on any live, staging or localhost site through a Chrome extension or in-app review, with no code added to the website
- Guest review links so clients can leave feedback immediately, with no sign-up or onboarding
- Responsive review across desktop, tablet and mobile widths, plus screen recording
- A built-in Kanban board with assignees, priorities, labels, checklists, subtasks, comments and attachments
- Integrations that push pins to Jira and GitHub issues and post new feedback to Slack
- AI site audits that crawl a website for broken links, HTTP errors and on-page SEO issues
Privacy for a global audience
Because its users span several jurisdictions, WebPinch has built its compliance program around GDPR for EU and UK users, US state privacy laws including the CCPA, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
“Selling globally means earning trust globally,” Siddharth said. “European agencies ask different questions than American ones, and they’re right to. We’d rather build it properly now than bolt it on later.”
